Mid, Max and XP Series DeDuster®

Dust and streamers are produced during pneumatic conveying. In dilute phase systems the hig conveying speeds produce large quanties of dust and streamers. In dense phase systems the problem is different, streamers are eliminated but the high degree of friction produces fine dust. In both cases these fines need to be removed before processing or packaging.

Ideally the DeDuster should be located at the end of the material handling process before packaging or processing.

The Mid / Max series are designed for 500 - 100,000 kg/hr. Where there is restricted height available to install the unit the XP series will handle throughputs up to 36,000 kg/hr in a very compact solution.
