Pellbow - Wear Resistant Bend

The Pellbow a bend specially designed to resist wear caused by abrasive powders and granules. The bend generates a slowly moving pocket of material in the bend protecting the bend from impact from particles with high velocities vastly reducing the wear on the bend. The pocket of material is completely evacuated at the end of the conveying cycle.

The cushion of material in the Pellbow also prevents the generation of streamers or angel hair.  The cushion of material also can result in a noise reduction of up to 10 dBA when conveying hard materials at the bend.
