Belts
 
There are three main types of belt, each of which can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins and a range of product support systems between 25mm and 76mm. All conveyors are manufactured from low friction polyethylene, whilst the modular belt can be supplied in a range of plastic materials and colours. Nylon belts are available for high temperature (max 196 C) applications.

Sideflexing

A one inch pitch sideflexing modular belt with a turning inside radius of 2.3 x belt width and is available in widths from 76mm, in increments of 76mm. It can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins, wear parts, tabs, rubber inserts and 25mm product supports. Standard materials are acetal, polypropylene and polyethylene.
 
One Inch Pitch

A straight running one inch pitch closed top modular belt and is available in widths from 76mm, in increments of 76mm. It can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins, 25mm and 50mm product supports. Standard materials are acetal, polypropylene and polyethylene.
 


¾ Inch Pitch
 
A straight running ¾ inch modular belt available with closed or open area up to 22%. Widths start from 76mm, in increments of 76mm. It can be fitted with plastic or stainless steel pins, 25mm and 50 mm product supports. Standard materials are acetal, polypropylene and polyethylene. 



Flight Bands Flight Bands 

Can be supplied in 25mm, 51mm and 76mm heights, as standard.






Non Slip Belting 

Allows many types of parts & sprues to ascend or descend gradients without the need for flight brands.






Inverter variable Speed Control

Standard drive is via Inverter speed control driving a DC motor housed inside the conveyor body. Different drive motors and controls are available on request.
