P-Series DeDusters

Pelletron P-Series DeDusters are intended for use for use directly on the throat of the processing machine or in small throughput central applications.

There are two models in the Series, the P1 which is suitable for use in applications with throughputs upto 70 kg/hr, and the P5 which can process up to 230 kg/hr. Both units feature Pelletron's Patented method of first using a electromagnetic field to weaken the electrostatic attraction between the granules and the unwanted dust and streamers before removing the unwanted material using a countercurrent flow of filtered air. This method allows the DeDuster to remove Dust Particles as small as 1 micron from the granules.
