Pelletron Rotary valves are manufactured in high grade stainless steel or aluminium. They available in sizes from 100mm to 700mm diameter offering dispensing rates from 1 to 140,000 kg/hr
The patented low leakage rotor gives Pelletron rotary valves the lowest gas leakage of any valve on the market. Lower leakage provides more efficient conveying, and lower energy consumption.
Pelletron rotary valves are gentle on the product being processed. The patented anti-shear device guide your product away from the area where the vanes pass into the rotary valve body reducing cutting of the product to a minimum.
The high pressure Pelletron rotary valves can operate with differential pressures of up to 3.5 Bar.
